Why Nestloop

A simpler way to sell

Most New Zealanders pay $20,000 to $40,000 in agent commission. We don't think you should have to.

Keep what's yours

No commission. No marketing packages. No "premium tier" upsells. Free during launch, with a flat fee after that. Never a slice of your sale.

Your details stay yours

Your phone number and email aren't visible publicly. Buyers send enquiries through Nestloop and you reply when you're ready.

Live in minutes

Five short steps, address autocomplete, drag-drop photos. Most sellers go from sign-up to live listing in under 20 minutes.

The process

From listing to sold

Five steps to go live, then we hand the conversation back to you. Everything saves as you go.

On Nestloop
1

Property details

Start typing your address and we'll auto-fill the suburb, postcode, and region. Add bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, year built, title type. The basics buyers want at a glance.

2

Photos & description

Drag-drop up to 30 photos. Write a description that captures the feel of the place. Upload a LIM, title, or floor plan if you've got one. Buyers love sellers who come prepared.

3

Price & sale method

Set price, offers over, by negotiation, or POA, whatever suits. If your method hides the number, you can still set a search price so the right people find you in browse filters.

4

Your details

Confirm your contact details. None of this is shown publicly. It's only used to forward buyer enquiries to you.

5

Review and publish

Preview your listing, agree to the terms, hit publish. You're live straight away with no waiting and no approvals (we run a quick automated check, that's it). Buyers can now enquire, save, and turn up to your open homes.

Off Nestloop · between you and the buyer
6

Talk directly with serious buyers

Once a buyer's genuinely interested, you'll usually swap phone numbers in a reply and continue from there. Viewings, follow-ups, and offer discussions happen directly between you. Nestloop doesn't try to insert itself into the conversation.

7

Offers, contracts, and settlement

Sale and purchase agreements in New Zealand are legal contracts and need to be drafted by a lawyer or licensed conveyancer. Both you and the buyer should have your own. Once it's unconditional, mark your listing under offer or withdraw it on Nestloop. That's the last thing we need from you. No commission, no exit paperwork, nothing chasing you.

A directory of trusted local services

Selling privately doesn't mean doing it alone. We're building a vetted directory of the professionals you'll need along the way. Solicitors, valuers, photographers, building inspectors, and movers, so you can find good ones quickly without trawling Google reviews.

Vetted, not paid placement

Pros earn their spot through reviews and verifications, not by paying us for it.

For sellers and buyers

Same directory, both sides of the deal. Find your conveyancer or get a pre-purchase inspection in a couple of clicks.

Local to your listing

Filtered by region so you're seeing pros who actually work in your area, not the other end of the country.

Transparent pricing

Indicative fees up front so you know what you're getting into before picking up the phone.

While you're live

We handle the busywork

Enquiries come to your dashboard

When a buyer enquires, you get an email and the message lands in your dashboard. Reply from there. Your email address stays private the whole time.

Schedule open homes

Add open homes from your dashboard. Buyers who've saved your listing get an automatic reminder email 24 hours before each one.

Edit anytime

Change your price, swap photos, update the description. Your changes go live immediately. Withdraw and reactivate as needed.

You stay in control

See who's saved your listing, how many views you're getting, and which enquiries are still waiting on a reply. No agent gatekeeping the data.
