Pros earn their spot through verified credentials, real reviews from Nestloop users, and a vetting process. Not by paying us for visibility. No "premium tier" placements pushing the highest bidder to the top.
For sellers and buyers
Same directory, both sides of the deal. Sellers find a photographer or solicitor for the listing process. Buyers find a building inspector or conveyancer for due diligence. One platform, both audiences.
Local to your listing
Filtered by region so you're seeing pros who actually work in your area. A Wellington-based photographer doesn't help a seller in Invercargill, and the directory understands that.
Transparent pricing
Indicative fees up front. You see roughly what something will cost before you pick up the phone. No awkward "request a quote" friction, no surprise invoices later.

Three points in the process where the directory will save you a real amount of time and money.
Before you list
Get a valuation to price realistically. Hire a photographer to shoot the place properly. Maybe a stager for the harder rooms, or a tradesperson for the deck that's seen better days. Listings with strong photos and accurate pricing sell faster and for more.
Before you offer
A pre-purchase building inspection and an independent valuation, ideally on the same day. Both well worth the few hundred dollars before you commit half a million. The directory makes lining up trusted ones easy.
When the deal is on
Both sides need a solicitor or conveyancer to draft and review the sale and purchase agreement. Movers come in once the deal is unconditional. The directory has both, by region.
A note on what this isn't
Nestloop's directory is a way to find professionals, not a recommendation that you must use them. You're free to bring your own solicitor, your existing photographer, the moving company your cousin runs. The directory is here for when you don't have someone in mind already.
We won't list mortgage brokers, financial advisers, or insurance products. Those decisions deserve more than a directory listing, and frankly, that's a different business.
